Circle of Sales Excellence Awards
Presented in April in a digital format only. If you applied for a 2024 Circle of Sales Award by the 2/14/25 deadline, you will hear back from us in early March. The volunteers on our Awards Task Force will be reviewing all applications. We appreciate their support, as without their involvement, this program would not be possible.
REALTOR® of the Year
Presented each September. This award recognizes an outstanding member of the Board who has provided distinguished service to the Greater Providence Board of REALTORS®, RI Association of REALTORS®, National Association of REALTORS®, Business Community and has demonstrated volunteerism in civic and charitable organizations. Affiliate of the Year
This award recognizes the invaluable contributions of an industry service provider for their active participation in GPBOR activities and support of the Association and the REALTOR® membership. Our first recipient was announced on 9/5/24: Sandra Mazo. Congratulations Sandra!
DEI Award
The Greater Providence Board of REALTORS® announces the release of a new Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Award in 2024. This prestigious award aims to recognize an outstanding individual or team or member firm within our community that has demonstrated innovative initiatives in the areas of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, leaving a lasting impact on both the community and the public. The application period was 3/1/24 – 5/1/24. Congratulations to our first recipient John Moretti, announced on 9/5/24 at our annual meeting.
LEAR Award
May be presented in September to a REALTOR® member who has consistently demonstrated dedicated service and support over the years and is a regularly engaged in Board meetings.
