REALTOR® of the Year
Presented each September. This award recognizes an outstanding member of the Board who has provided distinguished service to the Greater Providence Board of REALTORS®, RI Association of REALTORS®, National Association of REALTORS®, Business Community and has demonstrated volunteerism in civic and charitable organizations. Affiliate of the Year
This award recognizes the invaluable contributions of an industry service provider for their active participation in GPBOR activities and support of the Association and the REALTOR® membership. Congratulations to our 2025 Awardee, John W. Geisser. Nominations for the 2026 award will open 4/27/26.
LEAR Award
May be presented in September to a REALTOR® member who has consistently demonstrated dedicated service and support over the years and is a regularly engaged in Board meetings.
