Cranston, RI – The Greater Providence Board of Realtors​ (GPBOR) announces the opening of their new headquarters at 1169 Park Avenue in Cranston, RI. A ribbon cutting ceremony took place Wednesday, May 1, with members and special guests, including Steve Medeiros, Region 1 Vice President of the National Association of REALTORS®​ and Cranston Mayor Kenneth Hopkins who spoke at the event. After the ribbon cutting guests enjoyed refreshments and tours of the facility.

1169 Park Avenue was purchased by GPBOR in 2022 after an extensive three year search by the GPBOR Building Task Force and Board Leaders. Conveniently located off of Routes 10 and 95 the building has been extensively renovated and now offers state-of-the-art professional development areas and improved accessibility. 

The GPBOR Building Task Force, made up of past president’s of GPBOR, includes Sally Hersey, chair, Agueda Del Borgo, Bruce Lane, Leanne D’Ettore, and Brenda Marchwicki.​
