The GPBOR is a certified Real Estate School with the Rhode Island Department Business Regulation, we offer educational programs both for credit and non-credit at our facility.  Due to COVID, no in-person classes are scheduled through 12/31/2020.

CODE OF ETHICS
We are currently in the 6th triennial REALTOR® Code of Ethics. Be ready by 12/31/2021 with these in-person or online class options.

SALES PRE-LICENSING
Sales Pre-licensing course is # PLGP8 - offered in cooperation with the RI Association of REALTORS®.  Approved for the 45 hours of pre-licensing instruction in order to sit for the RI Real Estate Salesperson’s Exam.  Cost is $285 non-sponsored or $260 sponsored*.  Course fee includes 2 books.  The course meets for a total of 15 sessions.  Instructor follows one syllabus to allow students to make-up any missed classes as necessary for additional fees per class.  View all class policies HERE.    On-line Registration
